Hard Working Movies was founded in 1998 to produce entertaining and groundbreaking work by talented directors, on subjects that range from social issues and politics to music and Pop Culture.

The films produced or directed by HWM have screened theatrically and in top international festivals and on TV in over 40 countries, and have been broadcast on HBO, Showtime, PBS, The Sundance Channel, Starz, Channel 4 UK, the BBC, CBC, Canal+, and on many other stations worldwide.

In addition to producing independent features and documentaries, the principals of Hard Working Movies provide production services and work in partnership with a wide range of producers and outside production companies.
